Alori + Google and Outlook calendars
Each person on your team connects their own Google or Outlook calendar. Customers can't book you when you're busy, and your bookings show where you already look.
What it does.
- 01
No double booking
Busy times on the calendars you tick are never offered for booking. With Outlook, you choose whether Tentative, Away or Working elsewhere count as busy.
- 02
Bookings in your calendar
Each new booking is added to the calendar you pick. Google can also get your jobs.
- 03
Changes come back
Cancel or move a booking in Google and Alori follows. In Outlook, deleting or declining it cancels it.
- 04
See your team's day
On the Schedule, tick teammates to see their visits and their own calendar events, one column each in the Day view.
