Proposal software that lives next to your quotes
Short answer: Alori's Proposals app is proposal software for service businesses that sell bigger projects: a long-form proposal with your approach, timeline, pricing options and terms, signed online by the client. It is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Today, Alori already sends quotes that your customer accepts and signs online, with an automatic follow-up when they go quiet.
What the Proposals app will do
A quote says what it costs. A proposal also says why you, how the work will go and what both sides agree to. Consultants, agencies and contractors often write these in a word processor, export a PDF, send it with a separate e-signature tool, then retype the numbers into their CRM. The plan is to keep it in one place:
- Long-form proposals with sections for the problem, your approach, the timeline and the team.
- Pricing options the client can pick from inside the proposal.
- Contracts and terms attached, signed online with the proposal.
- The signed proposal on the deal, so winning it moves the deal and starts the work.
We will share the details with the waitlist first. Until it ships, treat this as the plan, not a feature you can use.
Who it is for
- Management consultants selling engagements. See Alori for consulting firms.
- Software and web development shops scoping projects. See Alori for software dev shops.
- Contractors and agencies whose bigger jobs need terms and a scope, not only a price.
What you can do in Alori today
For most service jobs, a quote with an online signature is enough, and it is live now:
- Quotes from your price list. Click New quote, pick the customer and add lines with a description, quantity and price. Add a detail line under each, pull saved prices from your catalog, and write a note for the customer at the bottom. Taxes and totals update as you type. See Quotes.
- Monthly or yearly lines. Each line can be billed once, monthly, quarterly or yearly, so a quote can include a maintenance plan or a retainer.
- Preview and print. See the quote as your customer gets it, or print it to paper or PDF.
- Online accept and signature. The customer opens their own link on a phone or computer, types their name, signs with a finger or mouse and clicks Accept and sign. The quote turns Accepted, a note goes on the customer record, and you get an email. The link can be accepted for 60 days after you last sent it.
- Automatic quote follow-up. If a sent quote has no answer after the days you pick, Alori sends one reminder by email, text or both, with the link to accept.
- Quote to job. An accepted quote is ready to schedule as a job.
- Deals and pipelines. Track each opportunity through your own stages, with products and recurring revenue on the deal.

How it will fit with the rest of Alori
Proposals will build on quotes, not replace them. The same price list, customer record and deal will feed both, and an accepted proposal will move work forward the way an accepted quote does today. Like the rest of Alori, you will shape your proposal template by asking.
FAQ
Is the Proposals app available now? No. It is coming soon. Join the waitlist at the bottom of this page and we will tell you when it is ready.
Can my customers sign online today? Yes. Every quote you email has its own link where the customer types their name, signs with a finger or mouse and accepts. You see "Accepted online by" with the name, the date and the signature.
Is Alori a full electronic signature tool? Not today. Online signature works for accepting your quotes, and for your own employees signing documents you upload to their file, like a work contract. Clients signing contracts and other documents is part of the Proposals plan.
What does Alori cost? See pricing. There is a free plan, no card needed.
