alori

Pest control software for small companies

Short answer: Alori is the all-in-one app for pest control companies that want booking, visits and billing in one place. As pest control software, it gives you online booking with reminders, a schedule by technician, job checklists and photos as proof of service, quotes for treatment plans signed online, and invoices paid by card with automatic reminders. You describe your company, then change the app by asking in plain words.

A day in a pest control company

A restaurant calls about mice. A homeowner texts a photo of wasps under the deck. A property manager wants the quarterly treatment for six buildings. The office juggles calls, a paper calendar and a spreadsheet of follow-up visits. Techs fill in a paper service report, and the office types it back in. When a customer says "you never came", proof is a signature on a sheet somewhere in a truck.

The usual stack:

  • A phone and a voicemail box
  • A calendar or a whiteboard for visits
  • A spreadsheet for follow-up and quarterly visits
  • Paper service reports
  • Accounting software for invoices

What Alori gives a pest control company

Online booking with reminders. Turn on booking and pick a ready-made appointment like Home estimate or Service call. Customers pick an open time, both sides get an email, and reminders go out by email before the visit. Connect Google or Outlook Calendar so busy times are never offered. See Schedule.

A schedule by technician. Plan visits on the calendar and pick who goes. In Day view, each tech has a column, and you drag a visit to someone else. Each tech's phone shows their stops for the day in order, with directions, the gate code and the customer's notes.

Proof of service on every job. Each job has a To do checklist and a Photos box. Techs tick the steps on site (inspect, treat, set bait stations, note activity) and add photos with the date and time. The time on site counts from when they press Start. See Jobs.

Follow-up and quarterly visits. Put the treatment plan on the quote as a quarterly or monthly line, and the customer signs online. Make a task that repeats every month or every 3 months per customer, so the next visit always gets scheduled. Ask your bot: "When a job becomes done, add a task to book the follow-up in 2 weeks."

Commercial accounts. A property manager or a restaurant chain is a company, with its people, its deals and its history. The company page shows what you billed this year and the balance due.

Invoices, card payments and reminders. Finish the job and invoice it. The emailed invoice has a pay by card link and turns Paid by itself. Unpaid invoice reminders go out by email or text until it is paid. QuickBooks Online sync keeps your books in step.

Calls that never get lost. A business phone with a menu, business hours and voicemail. Each voicemail is written out on the customer's record, with a summary.

How to start

  2. Import your customers. Paste a customer list into Ask Alori, or connect QuickBooks Online and sync customers over.
  3. Invite your team. Each tech gets an invitation email and their own login. Every plan has unlimited users. See pricing.

FAQ

Can I prove a visit happened? Yes. Each job keeps the ticked checklist, the photos with their date and time, and the time on site from Start to Finish.

Can recurring visits bill themselves? Not yet. Auto-billed service plans are coming. Today, the plan sits on the signed quote and you invoice each visit or each month, with unpaid reminders running on their own.

Does Alori track chemical use or regulatory reports? No. Alori does not keep pesticide logs or file regulatory reports. You can add steps to the job checklist, and ask Alori to add fields you need.

Can customers pay by card? Yes. Each emailed invoice has a pay by card link through Stripe. Card payments are in Canadian dollars for now.
