A customer portal for your clients, built into your all-in-one app

Short answer: Alori's Client portal is a customer portal where each client signs in to one page and sees their quotes, invoices, requests and shared files. It is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Today, Alori already sends each client their own link to accept and sign a quote, a link to pay an invoice by card, and a help center they can read on your website.

What the Client portal will do

Clients ask the same things over and over: "Did you get my request?", "Can you resend the invoice?", "What's the status?". Each answer costs your office a call or an email. A portal lets clients find it themselves. The plan:

  • One sign-in per client to see their open quotes, past invoices and what is scheduled.
  • Requests from the portal, landing in your shared inbox with the client already attached.
  • Shared files and approvals, so a client can approve work or a piece of content in one click.
  • Your look and your address, on the same website your app already runs.

We will share the details with the waitlist first. Until it ships, treat this as the plan, not a feature you can use.

Who it is for

  • Property managers who want tenants and owners to send requests and see their status. See Alori for property managers.
  • Agencies that need clients to approve posts and deliverables. See the content calendar.
  • Accounting firms, distributors and contractors whose clients keep asking for copies of documents and invoices.

What you can do in Alori today

Several pieces of a portal already work, one link at a time:

  • Online quote approval. When you email a quote, the client gets their own link. They read each line, the taxes and the total, type their name, sign with a finger or mouse and click Accept and sign. The quote turns Accepted and you get an email. See Quotes.
  • Automatic quote follow-up. If a sent quote has no answer after the days you pick, Alori sends one reminder with the link.
  • Pay invoices by card. Every invoice you email has a link where the client pays by card, and it turns Paid by itself. You don't need a Stripe account. See Invoices.
  • Unpaid invoice reminders by email, text or both, up to three times, stopping as soon as the invoice is paid.
  • Online booking. Share a booking link and clients pick an open time. Both of you get an email, with reminders before the visit.
  • Help center and website chat. Clients read answers on your website at /help, and the chat bot answers from them or passes the chat to your team. See the Help center.
  • Shared inbox. Every text, email and website chat lands in one thread per client, so anyone on your team can answer.
  • Request status by email. Track a client's request as a ticket. When it moves to in progress, done or closed, Alori emails the client, in their conversation, so they don't have to ask "what's the status?". See ticket SLA tracking.

How it will fit with the rest of Alori

The portal will read the same customers, quotes, invoices and schedule your team uses, so there is nothing to sync and nothing to upload twice. When you change a quote in your app, the client sees the change. Like the rest of Alori, you will shape it by asking, for example "show the next visit date at the top of the portal".

FAQ

Is the Client portal available now? No. It is coming soon. Join the waitlist at the bottom of this page and we will let you know when it is ready.

Can my clients accept quotes and pay online without the portal? Yes. Quote links with online signature and invoice links with card payment are live today. Each one is its own link, sent by email.

Will clients need to create an account? That is still being decided. Waitlist members will hear the details first.

What does Alori cost? See pricing. There is a free plan, no card needed, and every plan has unlimited users.
