Agency management software for small agencies, in one all-in-one app
Short answer: Agency management software keeps an agency's clients, projects and money in one place. Alori is the all-in-one app for service businesses, and small agencies use it to run the whole client cycle: new leads, deals, a project per client, recorded meetings, quotes signed online and invoices paid by card, in one app you change by asking.
Who works in agencies
This page is for small agencies, from a solo owner with freelancers to a team of 30:
- Marketing agencies running ads, search and social media for local and online businesses
- Creative studios doing branding, design, photo and video
- PR agencies pitching stories to journalists and managing a client's reputation
The work is client by client. Each client has a few projects going, a contact who wants updates, and a bill at the end of the month. The owner sells, manages the team and often still does the work.
The tool stack agencies juggle
Most agencies stitch together:
- A CRM or a spreadsheet for leads
- A project tool like Trello, Asana or ClickUp for client work
- Zoom or Google Meet, plus a note taker
- A scheduling link for discovery calls
- A proposal or quote tool, an invoicing tool and QuickBooks
- Forms and ads that drop leads in an inbox
The client's name gets typed into each one. A lead from an ad sits in an inbox for a day. Notes from a kickoff call never become tasks. Alori puts the client, the deal, the project, the meetings and the money on one record.
Company types in agencies
- Marketing agencies: leads from your website and ads straight into deals, projects and tasks per client, and meetings recorded.
- Creative studios: projects with suggested tasks per client, booking links for shoots, quotes and invoices paid by card.
- PR agencies: journalists and outlets as contacts and companies with tags, pitches tracked as deals, and email templates.
Top use cases
- Client management: one record per client with its companies, people, deals, notes, tags, tasks and every email, text and call in one thread.
- Meeting notes to tasks: record a video meeting in Alori, get the transcript and a summary, and turn each next step into a task in one click.
- Content calendar: coming soon, with content approvals by your clients. Join the waitlist on that page.
- Billable time to invoice: coming soon, with billable hours and retainers. Today you invoice from Alori by hand or from a finished job, and hours worked on jobs land on timesheets.
The apps that matter for an agency
- Deals: a pipeline from first contact to signed client, with your own stages. Leads from Zapier, Make, Google Ads, website forms and Facebook and Instagram lead ads land in Alori on their own.
- Customers and companies: each client company with its people, deals and tags.
- Tasks and projects: a project per client or per campaign, with the tasks Alori suggests, a board view, and tasks that repeat every week, month or year. Assign a task, and your teammate accepts it or sends it back with a reason.
- Meetings: video calls in the browser, recorded, with a transcript, a summary and questions you can ask about a past meeting.
- Booking: links for discovery calls, with reminders, synced with Google or Outlook calendars.
- Quotes and invoices: quotes accepted and signed online, an automatic follow-up when a quote gets no answer, invoices with a pay by card link, and QuickBooks Online sync.
- Email campaigns: a newsletter to your clients, with a list by tags, and open and click results. See email campaigns.
- Conversations and Gmail: a shared inbox for the team, email templates, and Alori drafting replies in your Gmail.
- Your website: Alori builds your agency's site, and the Google Search Console connector lets your bot tell you how it does in Google.

FAQ
Is Alori agency management software? For small agencies, yes: clients, deals, projects, tasks, meetings, quotes and invoices live in one app. What is not built yet is time tracking to invoice, retainers, content approvals and a client portal. Those are coming soon.
Can I bring my tasks from another tool? Yes. Export your tasks to Excel or CSV and import the file on the Tasks page. Alori finds the titles, dates, people and statuses on its own.
Can clients log in to see their projects? Not yet. A client portal is coming soon. Today, you share updates by email or text from the client's thread, and invoices and quotes go out with their own links.
Do leads from my ads come in on their own? Yes. Connect Meta Lead Ads, and new leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead ads show up in your CRM. For Google Ads, Zapier, Make or a website form, paste your lead link in that tool, or forward form emails to your lead email.
