Marketing agency software for small agencies
Short answer: Alori is the all-in-one app for small marketing agencies. As marketing agency software, it catches leads from your website, forms and Facebook or Instagram lead ads as deals, runs each client's work as projects and tasks, records client meetings with a summary, and keeps every client conversation in one inbox. You set it up by describing your agency and change it by asking in plain words.
A week in a small marketing agency
The account manager starts Monday in four inboxes. A new lead came in from a form. One client wants a call about last month. Another sent feedback on a landing page by text. The team runs the work in a project tool, the sales in a CRM, the meetings in a video app, and the recaps in a doc nobody can find later.
The usual stack:
- A CRM for leads and proposals
- A project tool for client deliverables
- A video tool and a note taker
- A shared inbox or a lot of forwarded emails
- A booking tool for calls, and accounting software for invoices
Every tool bills per seat. Every new hire adds five logins.
What Alori gives a marketing agency
Leads land as deals by themselves. Requests from your website show up on your deals board. Connect Meta Lead Ads and each new Facebook or Instagram lead shows up as a lead. For other forms, Zapier, Make or Google Ads lead forms, paste your lead link and each lead arrives at the first stage of your pipeline.
A pipeline per service. Set your own stages, and add pipelines for different services, like SEO retainers and website projects. Deals carry one-time and monthly lines, so the board shows your open monthly revenue. See build your own CRM.
Projects and tasks per client. Each client engagement is a project with a lead, a target date and tasks. The task board shows To do, Waiting, In progress and Done, and filters by person or project. Monthly deliverables can be tasks that repeat every month.
Client meetings recorded. Hold calls in Alori video with Record on. You get the transcript and a summary with next steps, and one click turns a next step into a task. Ask a past meeting "What did the client ask for?"
One inbox per client. Emails, texts, calls and website chats sit in one thread per client in Conversations. Email templates and signatures keep replies consistent, and with Gmail connected, Alori drafts replies in your voice.
Email campaigns for your agency. Send your newsletter or an offer to everyone, to a saved list, or to people you pick. Alori fills in each person's name, leaves out people who unsubscribed, and shows who opened and clicked. See email campaigns.
Search Console answers. Connect Google Search Console and ask your bot "how is my website doing in Google?" It answers with searches, clicks and pages Google missed. It is read-only.
Your agency website. Your app comes with a website for your agency, changed by asking in the chat.
Quotes, invoices and unlimited users. Clients accept and sign quotes online, and invoices carry a pay by card link. Every plan has unlimited users. See pricing.
