Client management software that keeps the whole story in one place
Short answer: Alori is client management software built into an all-in-one app. Each client has one record with their details, the people you deal with, their company, your team's notes, every call, text and email, and their quotes, jobs and invoices. Your team shares one inbox thread per client, so nobody has to ask "who talked to them last?"
The problem: the client's story is in five places
The phone number is in your cell. The last email is in someone's Gmail. The note about the gate code is on a sticky note. The quote is in a PDF folder and the invoice is in your accounting tool. When a client calls, you put them on hold to piece it together.
Client tracking breaks down not because people are careless, but because the tools do not talk to each other. The fix is one record that everything lands on by itself.
How client management works in Alori
1. Add a client in seconds. Click New customer, type a name and a phone or email, and click Add the customer. Add the address, company, gate code or preferred language when you have them. Alori warns you if that number is already in your app.
2. Keep the people and companies straight.
- Contact people on a client: a spouse, a tenant, a building manager, an assistant, each with their role, phone and email.
- Companies for the businesses your clients work for. A company page shows its people, deals, history, what you billed this year and the balance due.
- Merge duplicates when the same person was entered twice.
3. See the whole history. The Activity tab shows notes, calls, visits, emails, texts, quotes, jobs and invoices, newest first. Calls made from the app are logged on their own, with the recording and a summary when there is one. Log a call or a visit by hand in one line.
4. Talk to your team on the record. Write a note and type @ with a teammate's name to tell them. The client never sees notes.
5. One inbox thread per client. Conversations is your team's shared inbox. Every text, email and website chat with a client lands in one thread. Pick who follows the client, close the thread when it is handled, and it comes back on its own when the client writes again.
6. Group and follow up. Put tags like "Commercial" or "VIP" on clients and filter by them. Add tasks linked to a client, set a due date, assign them, and make them repeat.
7. Ask instead of searching. Press ⌘K to find anything, or ask Ask Alori: "Where are we with the Gagnon file?" or "Add Paul Roy, tenant, 514 555-0101, to the Gagnon file."

FAQ
What is client management software? A tool that keeps everything about each client in one place: contact details, the people you deal with, notes, messages and history. In Alori, it also includes the quotes, jobs and invoices for that client.
Can my whole team see the same client history? Yes. Everyone whose role can see customers sees the same records and the same inbox threads. Roles can limit what a teammate sees or changes.
Can I bring my clients from another tool? Yes. Paste a list into Ask Alori, even a messy one, and it adds them with an Undo. For a big file, use the import API. Coming from HubSpot, the HubSpot move brings your records over.
Does Alori work for business clients with several contacts? Yes. Use companies for the business and contact people for each person you deal with. Each company page shows its people, deals and balance due.
