Feature request tracking and a roadmap your customers can see
Short answer: Alori's Feedback app is feature request tracking for small teams: every request from a customer lands in one list, tied to who asked, and you share a public roadmap of what is planned and what shipped. It is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Today, Alori can already read your customer conversations and tell you which questions and requests come back most.
What the Feedback app will do
Feature requests arrive everywhere: a support chat, a sales call, an email to the founder. They end up in a spreadsheet nobody updates, and customers never hear back. The plan:
- One list of requests, each linked to the customers who asked, so you see who wants what.
- Requests captured from conversations, so your team adds them without copying text around.
- Votes and comments from customers, to see what matters most.
- A public roadmap with planned, in progress and shipped, on your own website.
- Tell the people who asked when something ships.
We will share the details with the waitlist first. Until it ships, treat this as the plan, not a feature you can use. For the full flow, see product feedback and roadmap.
Who it is for
- Software companies that build their product from what customers ask. See Alori for SaaS.
- Service businesses that want to know which new service or option customers keep asking about.
- Agencies and firms that collect client feedback on their work.
What you can do in Alori today
You can already find out what customers ask and act on it. These are live:
- "What do my customers ask most?" Ask Alori in the chat. It reads what customers wrote to you in emails, texts, website chats and call summaries over the last 90 days, or up to a year if you ask, without their names, and lists the questions that come back. You can narrow it to one topic, like "What do customers ask about financing?".
- Answers that teach the bot. Ask Alori to write help articles for the top questions. They go on your Help center, and your website chat bot answers from them.
- What the bot couldn't answer. In Conversations, chats the bot passed on show the reason, like "The bot didn't know the answer". Those gaps are often your next request or article.
- Chat ratings. Visitors rate closed chats from 1 to 5 stars, for the bot and for each teammate.
- One thread per customer. Texts, emails, calls, website chats and notes sit together in Conversations, so a request is never lost in one person's inbox.
- Improvement tickets. File a request as a ticket of type Improvement, from the customer's conversation or their page, so it stays tied to who asked. Move it through your team's steps on a list or a board. When it moves to done, Alori emails that customer, in their conversation. See ticket SLA tracking.
- Top subjects. When you close a conversation, tap what it was about. Front desk › KPIs shows which subjects come up most.
- Tasks and a board. Turn a request into a task, give it a project like "Product ideas", and move it across To do, Waiting, In progress and Done.
- Meeting summaries. Record a customer call in an Alori video meeting, and the summary lists next steps you can turn into tasks.

How it will fit with the rest of Alori
Requests will live next to the customers, conversations and deals they come from, so you can see, for example, which open deals are waiting on a feature. Shipped items can become help articles your bot answers from. Like the rest of Alori, you will change it by asking.
