Product feedback software with a public roadmap, next to your customers

Short answer: Alori is building a feedback app: customers submit and vote on feature requests, your team links each request to the customers who asked, and a public roadmap shows what is planned, in progress and shipped. It is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Today, Alori can already read your customer conversations and tell you what people ask for most.

The problem: requests scattered everywhere

A small software company hears feature requests all day, in support emails, sales calls, chats and meetings. Then they scatter:

  • Requests sit in someone's inbox or a notes app.
  • The same idea is logged five times, in five places, with different names.
  • Nobody knows which requests come from paying customers, and how much they pay.
  • Customers ask "is this coming?" and the team has no clear page to point to.

Product feedback software collects requests in one place, but it is another tool with its own user list. You still have to match each request to the customer in your CRM by hand.

How it will work in Alori (coming soon)

The feedback app will sit on the same customer records as your deals, conversations and recurring revenue. What we are building:

  1. One place for requests. Customers submit ideas, and your team adds the ones heard in emails, chats and calls.
  2. Votes linked to customers. Each request shows who asked, so you can see which ones come from your best accounts.
  3. A public roadmap. A page on your website shows what is planned, in progress and shipped.
  4. Close the loop. When a request ships, the customers who asked can hear about it.

The details may change before launch. Joining the waitlist is the best way to tell us how your team decides what to build.

What you can do in Alori today

You can already turn customer conversations into a clear list of requests:

  • Find what customers ask. Ask Alori, "What do my customers ask most?" or "What do customers ask about integrations?" It reads emails, texts, website chats and call summaries, without names, over the last 90 days or up to a year. See conversations.
  • Ask about a past meeting. Recorded meetings get a transcript and a summary. Open one and type in Ask about this meeting, for example "what features did they ask for?". See meetings.
  • Tag customers by interest. Tag customers, like "Wants API" or "Asked for reports", then filter by tag to see who asked.
  • Weigh requests by revenue. Deals hold recurring revenue lines, with the monthly (MRR) and yearly (ARR) amounts, so you can see what the customers asking are worth.
  • Log requests as notes and tasks. Add a note on the customer with @ to tell a teammate, or a task for the product team, linked to the customer.
  • Track each request as a ticket. In Tickets, file a ticket of type Request or Improvement and add the Customer who asked. It moves through your team's steps on a list or a board, and when it moves to in progress or done, Alori emails the customer in their conversation. One ticket per customer, with no voting.
  • Announce what shipped. Publish an article in your help center at /help, translated to French or English on request. See help center.

Who it is for

  • SaaS companies that want to build what paying customers need. See Alori for SaaS companies.
  • Software development shops running a product for clients. See Alori for software dev shops.
  • Any business with a product or service that keeps evolving and customers who ask "is this coming?".

FAQ

Is the feedback app with a public roadmap available now? Not yet. A request board where customers submit and vote, and the public roadmap, are coming soon. Join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Tickets linked to customers, finding what customers ask, tags, recurring revenue on deals and the help center are live today.

Can I see which customers asked for a feature today? Yes, with tags or tickets. Tag each customer who asks, then filter the customer list by that tag, or file a ticket that names the customer. The feedback app will add voting and a public roadmap on top.

Will the roadmap be on my own website? That is the plan. Your Alori website and help center already live on your address, and the roadmap is designed to sit next to them.

What does it cost? We do not have a price for the feedback app yet. Starting with Alori is free, no card needed. See pricing.
