Recurring billing software for service plans and subscriptions
Short answer: Alori's Subscriptions app is recurring billing software for small businesses: you set a plan once, Alori invoices the customer on schedule, charges their card, and shows your monthly recurring revenue. It is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Today, Alori already tracks recurring revenue on deals and quotes, sends invoices with a pay-by-card link, and reminds customers who are late.
What the Subscriptions app will do
Maintenance plans, retainers and software subscriptions all have the same problem: someone has to remember to bill every month. Miss one and the money is gone, or the customer gets three invoices at once. The plan:
- Plans you set once, monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a start date and an optional end.
- Invoices made on schedule, with no one on your team having to remember.
- Cards charged automatically for customers who agree to it.
- MRR you can trust, built from active subscriptions instead of a spreadsheet.
- Changes in one place: pause, upgrade, cancel, with the history kept on the customer.
We will share the details with the waitlist first. Until it ships, treat this as the plan, not a feature you can use. Invoices are not created on a schedule by themselves today.
Who it is for
- Software companies selling monthly or yearly plans. See Alori for SaaS.
- Trades with maintenance plans, like an HVAC tune-up twice a year or a monthly pool service.
- Agencies and firms on retainers that bill the same amount each month.
What you can do in Alori today
You can already sell, track and collect recurring work. Here is what is live:
- Recurring revenue on deals. Open a deal and, in the Money card, add a line for each product or service. Pick how often each line is billed: once, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and for how many months. The card adds up One-time, Monthly (MRR), Yearly (ARR) and First year.
- Recurring lines on quotes. Each quote line has a Billed choice, so a maintenance plan reads as monthly or yearly on the quote your customer signs online. See Quotes.
- Invoices with card payment. Every invoice you email has a pay-by-card link, and the invoice turns Paid by itself. No Stripe account needed. See Invoices.
- Unpaid invoice reminders. Turn them on once, pick the days and email, text or both. They stop as soon as the invoice is paid.
- A monthly reminder to bill. Make a task that repeats every month, like "Bill maintenance plans", so the next one appears when you tick it done.
- QuickBooks Online sync. Customers, companies and invoices stay the same in both places.
- Sell plans by email. Send an email campaign to your customers, starting from the Maintenance plan offer template, and see who opened and clicked. See email campaigns.
- Automations. Tell your bot "when an invoice becomes paid, post it in #wins" or "when an invoice is overdue, remind the customer by email".

How it will fit with the rest of Alori
Subscriptions will start from what you already have: a won deal or an accepted quote with monthly lines. The customer, their invoices and their payments stay in the same app, so the owner sees revenue, the office sees who is late, and the technician sees the next visit. Like the rest of Alori, you will change it by asking. For tracking customers after the sale, see Customer success.
