alori

An AI CRM that answers your questions and changes when you ask

Short answer: Alori is an AI CRM for small businesses where the AI does real work. You ask questions about your customers and deals in plain words, Alori drafts your email replies and messages, it turns meetings and calls into summaries, and when the CRM needs a new field or screen, you ask for it and Alori changes the app. It is part of the all-in-one app for your business, not a separate add-on.

The problem: CRMs that need a full-time admin

Most CRMs ask you to fit your business into their screens. Want a new field, a new pipeline stage or a different view? You dig through settings, pay a consultant, or give up and keep a spreadsheet on the side. Then you spend your evenings typing notes, chasing replies and searching for "that email from last month".

An AI CRM should take that work off your plate: find things for you, write the first draft, and adapt to how you sell.

How the AI works in Alori

Ask your data in plain words. In your team app, open Ask Alori (or press ⌘J) and type what you want:

  • "Where are we with the Gagnon deal?"
  • "Add Marie Tremblay, 450 555-0142."
  • "Move these three deals to Won."
  • "Who called today?"

Ask Alori finds customers, adds deals, writes notes, moves deals between stages and reads a customer's history. Most changes happen right away, with an Undo button. On a deal's page, Catch me up reads the history and tells you where it stands and what to do next.

Replies written for you. Connect Gmail and turn on Draft my replies. When an email needs an answer, Alori writes a reply in your voice and leaves it in your drafts. It can offer open times from your calendar. While writing an email or a text, click Ask Alori and say what it should say. Nothing goes out until you click Send.

Meetings and calls written up. Record a video meeting and you get a transcript and a summary with next steps. Calls from your business number can be recorded with a transcript and summary on the customer.

A teammate you can text. Your bot answers questions, makes changes and runs automations you describe, like "Each time a deal is created, post it in our #sales channel on Slack." You can text it, call it, or message it in Slack or Discord.

Change the CRM itself by asking

This is where Alori differs from a CRM with an AI chat bolted on. In your Alori workspace, describe the change: "Add a gate code to each customer" or "Add a pipeline for commercial contracts with these stages." Alori changes your app, shows it in a preview with your real data, and your team sees it when you click Publish. You can go back to any earlier version from History.

That is how you end up with a custom CRM without a developer: your fields, your pipelines, your words.

FAQ

What is an AI CRM? A CRM where AI does the busy work: it answers questions about your customers, writes drafts, sums up calls and meetings, and makes changes for you. In Alori it also changes the CRM itself when you ask.

Does Alori send emails on its own? Not your replies. Drafted replies wait for you to read them and click Send. When you set up an automation that texts or emails customers, the bot shows you the exact words and waits for your yes before it runs.

Can I build a custom CRM with Alori? Yes. You describe your business, Alori builds the app, and you keep changing it by asking: new fields, pipelines, pages. See build your own CRM.

Can I use Alori from Claude? Yes. Add Alori as a custom connector in Claude with the address from Alori's settings. Claude can then look up and change your CRM.
