Alori + Facebook & Instagram
Messenger and Instagram messages land in Conversations, next to your texts and emails, and you answer them there. Leads from your Facebook and Instagram lead ads show up in your CRM on their own.
What it does.
- 01
Answer from Conversations
Each message sent to your Facebook Page or Instagram account lands in Conversations. You answer from there, and the person gets it from your Page or account.
- 02
Lead ads on your pipeline
Someone fills in your lead form, and they show up in your CRM as a new lead, marked Meta ad.
- 03
Know who wrote
A new person shows New on Messenger or New on Instagram. Create the customer or add them to one you have, and their next messages go to that customer.
- 04
Ask Alori to answer
Say "answer Julie on Messenger" and Ask Alori writes the answer for you.
