- A client ticket past its response time turns red.
- Add the client and Alori emails them when it moves.
- Import your tickets from Linear or Zendesk.
Deals that show what a client is worth.
Each opportunity is a deal on your own stages. Add products and recurring revenue, like a monthly support plan, and see what each client is worth.
- Leads from your website, Zapier or Google Ads land as contacts.
- Companies hold each client with its contact people.
- Every email, text and call sits on the client's file.
Change it by asking.
Your app isn’t frozen on day one. Write what you need, the way you’d text it. Alori makes the change and shows you before anything goes live.
- Add a contract end date field to companies
- Show me client tickets past their response time
- Start a project for the Roy network refresh, due end of month
- Remind me a week before a client's license renewal

IT consulting software for independents and small integrators
Short answer: Alori is the all-in-one app for independent IT consultants and small integrators who want deals, projects, client requests, meetings, quotes and invoices in one place. It works as IT consulting software for the whole client side: a lead becomes a deal, the quote is signed online, the project follows its milestones, client requests become tickets, and the work is invoiced and paid by card. You set it up by describing your business, then change it by asking in plain words.
A week as an IT consultant
A dental clinic wants its network redone. A distributor asks for a Microsoft 365 migration before year end. An old client emails about a printer that stopped scanning, and another texts about a new hire who needs a laptop. The migration plan lives in a spreadsheet, the meeting notes in a notebook, and the client requests in three inboxes. On Friday, you rebuild the invoice from memory.
Most consultants and small teams juggle the same stack:
- A CRM or a spreadsheet for leads, if anything
- Word or a PDF for quotes, and email to chase the yes
- A project tool for migrations and rollouts
- Email and texts for client requests, with no number or status
- A video tool for calls, and notes nobody can find later
- A separate app for invoices
Each tool works on its own. The cost is the switching, and the request that slipped because it was in the wrong inbox.
What Alori gives an IT consultant
Deals on a pipeline. Leads from your Alori website, Zapier or Google Ads land as new contacts, and each opportunity is a deal on a board with your own stages, like Discovery, Quote sent and Won. Add products and recurring revenue to a deal, like a monthly support plan, so you see what it is worth. Companies hold each client with its contact people. See deals.
Quotes signed online. Send a quote with its lines and prices: hardware, setup, migration. Save what you sell most in your price list. The client opens the link, types their name, signs and clicks Accept and sign. Quotes with no answer can get a follow up on their own. See quotes.
Projects with milestones. Start a project for the client, with a lead and a target date. Alori suggests tasks to start with, and you add one task per milestone, like Discovery, Pilot group, Cutover and Handoff, with subtasks and due dates. Progress shows how far along it is, and the task board shows what is late. Link the quote and invoices to the project. See tasks.
Tickets for client requests. Track each client request as a ticket with a number like SUP-12, a type, a priority and an assignee. Work them from a list or a board, split big ones into sub tickets, and set response times per priority: a client ticket past its time turns red. Add the client to the ticket, and Alori emails them when it moves to in progress or done. Coming from Linear or Zendesk? Both import.
Meetings recorded. Hold a video meeting in Alori with Record on, or record a Google Meet or Zoom call. When it ends, Alori writes the transcript and a summary with next steps. Click a next step to make it a task. See meeting notes to tasks.
One inbox for every client. Emails, texts, calls and website chats land in a shared inbox, one thread per client, and Alori can draft your replies. See conversations.
Invoices paid by card. Every emailed invoice has a link to pay by card, and it turns Paid by itself. Unpaid invoice reminders go out on your schedule, and invoices can sync to QuickBooks Online. Every plan includes unlimited users. See invoices and pricing.

What Alori is not
Alori runs the client side of your business. It is not an IT management tool:
- No remote monitoring or remote access. Keep your RMM and remote tools.
- No IT asset inventory. Devices and licenses stay in your current tool.
- No billable hours to invoice yet. Time tracking to invoice is coming soon. See time and billing. Today, bill fixed prices or a set amount.
Running managed services? See our page for managed service providers and the tech industry page.
How to start
- Describe your business. Type a few words, like "IT consultant, 3 people, small business networks, Microsoft 365 migrations and support". Alori builds your app with the tools that fit.
- Import your clients. Paste a client list from a spreadsheet or an email into Ask Alori and it adds them. If you use HubSpot, you can move your records over. Tickets come in from Linear or Zendesk.
- Invite your team. Each person gets an invitation email and their own login.
Questions
Another question? Ask it when you start.
For client projects, yes: projects with a lead, a target date and a task per milestone, a task board, and the quote and invoices linked to the project. It does not do remote monitoring or asset inventory.
You can file a ticket from a client's page or conversation, and it starts in Triage. Add the client to the ticket and Alori emails them when it moves to in progress, done or closed.
Not yet. Time tracking to invoice is coming soon. Today, bill fixed prices from a quote or a set amount from Invoices, and clients pay by card through Stripe. Card payments are in Canadian dollars for now.
Yes. Clients, companies, deals, every email, text and call, and recorded meetings sit together, and Ask Alori answers questions about them.
