Alori + Google Meet and Zoom
Add Alori Recorder to Chrome and your Meet and Zoom calls save in Meetings, linked to the customer, with a transcript, summary and next steps.
What it does.
- 01
Records when you join
Click Join, then Share when Chrome asks. Recording starts once you're in the call, not while you check your camera.
- 02
Saves on its own
Hang up or click Stop and save. The call lands in Meetings, even if you close the tab.
- 03
Linked to the customer
A call that matches one of your bookings or calendar events is saved with that customer. You can change it on the meeting's page.
- 04
Notes written for you
In a few minutes, Alori writes the transcript, in English or French, a summary and next steps you can turn into tasks.
What comes over from your call

Questions
Another question? Ask it when you start.
No. It records calls in Chrome: Google Meet and Zoom's web version.
Only you, at first. Open the meeting and click Only you to share it with the whole team or with chosen teammates.
Yes. Turn off Record calls automatically in the recorder's icon, then click Record with Alori on the calls you want.
The transcript and notes use credits, like any recorded meeting, and the video is stored like one. A recording can be up to 4 hours.
