Integration · Move over from

Alori + Intercom

Paste your Intercom access token and bring over your help center and your past conversations. Alori learns from your articles so it can answer customers.

What it does.

  1. 01

    Your help center, moved

Published articles are recreated in your Help center, with their pictures. Two or more help centers each become a section.

  2. 02

    Alori learns from it

Alori learns from each article so it can answer customers. Check and fix what it learned in Company memory.

  3. 03

    One thread per customer

All of a customer's Intercom conversations go into their one thread in Conversations, open, closed or snoozed like in Intercom.

  4. 04

    Undo or import again

Import again brings new articles and messages without doubles. Undo import takes out what the import brought.
