Paste your Aircall API key and Alori rebuilds your phone setup as call flows and ring groups you check before they go live. Alori only reads Aircall.

Your numbers, greetings, users and teams become call flows and ring groups in Alori.

Menus from real calls
Alori reads the menu keys your callers pressed in the last 60 days, and drafts your phone menu from them. You confirm where each key goes.

Check before it goes live
Confirm your opening hours, invite your team, and fix any number marked Needs a fix. Then click Turn it on.

Recordings come too
When your HubSpot calls were recorded with Aircall, the recordings come over with them, on each customer's history.

1In Aircall, open Dashboard, Integrations & API, API keys, and generate an API key.
2In Alori, open Import data, click Start on Aircall, paste the API ID and API token, then click Connect.
3Click Read my Aircall setup, then answer the checks, like That's right for your hours.
4Click Turn it on.

No. Your setup runs on your Alori number right away. Keep Aircall until your numbers move: click Move your Aircall numbers to start.

They come with your calls when you import from HubSpot. When the HubSpot import asks, paste the same Aircall API ID and token.

Yes. Click Undo. It removes the call flows and ring groups this import made and goes back to your previous flow.

They go to voicemail until you invite those people. Click Invite your team during the checks.
