A customer health score built from the data you already have

Short answer: A customer health score tells you which clients are doing well and which ones might leave, before they cancel. Alori is building a customer success app that scores each client from what is already in your app: payments, conversations, meetings and recurring revenue. It is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Today, Alori already keeps those signals in one place and can alert you when one turns bad.

The problem: churn you only see afterwards

For a business with recurring clients, a lost client is a surprise more often than it should be. Looking back, the signs were there:

  • Invoices started to come in late.
  • The client stopped answering emails, or wrote in upset.
  • Nobody had a call with them in months.
  • The renewal date passed without anyone noticing.

Each sign sits in a different tool: accounting, inbox, calendar, a spreadsheet of contracts. Churn prediction software brings them together, but it usually needs all those tools connected first, and it is priced for large customer success teams.

How it will work in Alori (coming soon)

Because your clients, invoices, conversations and meetings already share one database in Alori, a health score does not need extra connectors. What we are building:

  1. A score per client. Each account gets a simple health score from signals like payment history, recent contact and recurring revenue.
  2. Why the score moved. The client's record will show what changed, so you know what to do next.
  3. At-risk clients first. A list of clients sorted by risk, so the team calls the right people this week.
  4. Renewals on a calendar. Upcoming renewals with their value, so nothing passes by unseen.

The details may change before launch. Joining the waitlist is the best way to tell us which signals matter in your business.

What you can do in Alori today

You can already watch most of the signals a health score would use:

  • Recurring revenue per client. Add lines billed monthly, quarterly or yearly to a deal. Alori adds up the monthly amount (MRR), the yearly amount (ARR) and the first year, and the Deals board shows Open MRR. See customers.
  • Late payment alerts. Alori makes a Late invoice task 7 days after the due date, and you can ask your bot for more, like "If an invoice over $5,000 becomes overdue, call me." See invoices.
  • Unhappy customers flagged. When the website chat bot passes a chat to you, the reason can be Unhappy customer, and visitors rate closed chats from 1 to 5 stars. After you close any conversation, a satisfaction survey goes out by email, and a low answer makes a Call back task for the teammate who closed it.
  • The whole history in one thread. Texts, emails, calls and chats sit in one thread per client, shared with the team. See conversations.
  • Meeting notes you can question. Recorded video meetings get a transcript and a summary, and you can ask about a past meeting later.
  • Catch me up. On a deal's page, click Catch me up, and Alori reads the deal's history and tells you where it stands and what to do next.
  • Renewal reminders. Make a task repeat every year for each renewal, so the next one is created when you mark it done.

Who it is for

  • SaaS companies with monthly or yearly plans. See Alori for SaaS companies.
  • Managed IT providers and agencies on monthly contracts.
  • Service businesses with maintenance plans, where a lost plan is lost recurring revenue.

FAQ

Is the customer health score available in Alori now? Not yet. Health scores and renewals are coming soon in the customer success app. Join the waitlist at the bottom of this page. Recurring revenue on deals, late invoice tasks, chat ratings and meeting summaries are live today.

Will I need to connect other tools for the score? The plan is to score clients from what already lives in Alori: invoices, conversations, meetings and deals. If your invoices sync with QuickBooks Online, they are already in Alori.

Can Alori warn me about a risky client today? Yes, with an automation. Tell your bot what to watch, like an overdue invoice over an amount, and it can text, email, call you or post in Slack when it happens.

What does it cost? We do not have a price for the customer success app yet. Starting with Alori is free, no card needed. See pricing.
