Wholesale distribution software for the sales side of your business

Short answer: Alori is the all-in-one app for service businesses, and for a wholesale distributor it runs the sales side: customer accounts, deals with products and recurring revenue, one shared inbox, invoices and QuickBooks Online sync. It is not an inventory or warehouse system. A B2B ordering portal for your customers is coming soon, and you can join the waitlist at the bottom of this page.

A day at a small distributor, and the tools it takes

A buyer emails a reorder at 8. A rep calls a new restaurant account from the road. Someone in the office checks a spreadsheet to see what that customer paid last time, then types the invoice into QuickBooks.

Most small distributors juggle:

  • An inventory or ERP tool for stock and purchase orders
  • Email and phone orders spread across reps' inboxes
  • A spreadsheet of accounts, contacts and prices
  • QuickBooks for invoices
  • A separate CRM, or none at all

Orders and follow-ups get lost between reps, and nobody has one view of an account.

What Alori gives a wholesale distributor

Customer accounts. Add each business as a company with its people: the owner, the buyer, accounts payable. The company page shows its history, its deals, and what you billed this year with the balance due. See customers.

Deals with products and recurring revenue. Open a deal for a new account or a bigger order. Add line items from your price list, each billed once, monthly, quarterly or yearly. The deal adds up the one-time total, the monthly revenue and the yearly revenue, and the board shows your open monthly revenue.

Pipelines for each kind of sale. Keep one pipeline for new accounts and another for renewals or contracts. Leads from your website, Zapier or a Google Ads lead form land at the first stage.

One shared inbox. Emails, texts and calls with each customer land in one thread, and every rep sees the same threads. Connect Gmail so replies go both ways. See conversations.

Invoices and QuickBooks. Make an invoice with or without a job, email it with a card payment link, and let Alori remind late payers. QuickBooks Online sync keeps customers, companies and invoices the same in both places. See invoices.

Ask Alori. Ask questions over your data in plain words, like "which accounts have open deals over $10,000?".
