Insurance agency software for clients, policies and renewals
Short answer: Alori is the all-in-one app for service businesses, and for a small insurance agency it keeps client records, a deal for each policy, renewal reminders that repeat every year, and calls and texts from one business number. It works as insurance agency software for the client side of your work. It is not a rating tool or an agency management system tied to carriers, and it makes no compliance promises, so keep those tools and your own processes.
A day at a small agency, and the tools it takes
A client calls at 9 about a new car. A business owner emails for a quote on a second location. Three home policies renew next month, and you need to call each client before then. Meanwhile, a producer texts a client from a personal phone and the note never reaches the file.
Most small agencies juggle:
- A carrier portal or a rating tool for quotes
- An agency management system, or a spreadsheet of policies
- A shared phone line and personal cells
- Email in several inboxes
- Calendar reminders for renewals
Renewals and follow-ups are where business slips away. A missed renewal call is a client lost to a competitor.
What Alori gives an insurance agency
Client records. Each client has their contact details, notes, tags and full history: calls, texts, emails and meetings in order. Add businesses as companies with their people, for commercial lines. See customers and client management.
A deal for each policy. Open a deal for each new policy or quote request, and drag it along stages you name, like quoting, sent, bound, lost. Make one pipeline for personal lines and another for commercial. Add the premium as a line billed yearly, and the deal shows its yearly value.
Renewal reminders that repeat. Add a renewal task on each policy, set it to repeat Every year, and assign it. When you mark it done, Alori creates next year's task with its new date. The tasks board shows what is due this week. See tasks.
Calls and texts from one business number. Get a business number or bring yours. Set business hours, a phone menu and voicemail, and read voicemails written out for you. Call from your computer or your cell, and the client sees your business number. Texts and replies land in the shared inbox, so every producer sees the same history. See calls.
Booking links. Share a booking link for policy reviews, and clients pick an open time. Both sides get an email, with reminders before the meeting. Meet by video, and Alori writes a transcript and summary when you record. See meetings.
Ask Alori and your bot. Ask questions over your data, like "which policies renew in March?". Ask your bot for automations in plain words, like "every Monday, text me this week's renewals".

How to start
- Describe your business. Tell Alori which lines you write and how a policy moves from quote to bound. It builds the app around that.
- Import your clients. Paste a list of clients into Ask Alori, or move from HubSpot with your contacts, companies and deals.
- Invite the team. Add your producers and service staff on the Users page. Every plan has unlimited users.

FAQ

Can Alori remind me about renewals? Yes. Make a renewal task for each policy and set it to repeat every year. When you mark it done, the next one appears with next year's date.
Does Alori meet insurance compliance rules? Alori makes no compliance claims for insurance. Check your own rules before you record calls or store client information, and keep your current processes.
Can my team share one phone number? Yes. Your business number can ring a group of people, follow your business hours and send callers to voicemail. Texts and calls land in the shared inbox.
