Integration · Your bot and AI
Alori + Discord
Your Alori bot joins your whole Discord server. Your team asks it questions and gives it work in any channel, and it posts what matters where you name it.
What it does.
- 01
Talk to your bot
Send it a direct message or @mention it in a channel. It answers as a reply, with the same memory as in Alori.
- 02
Posts in any channel
Ask your bot, for example: "post each new deal in #sales". It finds the channel by its name, even with an emoji in front.
- 03
Website chats in Discord
Each website chat gets its own thread in the channel you pick. What a teammate writes in the thread goes to the visitor.
- 04
Close or take over a chat
In a website chat's thread, type /close to close it, or /takeover to answer it yourself instead of the bot.

Questions
Another question? Ask it when you start.
So the bot can see every channel, private ones too. If you untick it, the bot only sees the channels its role can see.
Pick the bot itself from the members, not the Alori role. Or send it a direct message.
No. Whoever connected Discord is known. Anyone else can only ask questions until they reply with the email or mobile they have on the team and type back the 6-digit code they get.
Yes. Same bot, same conversation: what you said in Alori, by text or on a call, carries over to Discord.
