Alori + Calendly
Connect Calendly and your event types, hours and appointments come into Booking. Your links keep their names and questions, and each appointment stays on the customer it belongs to.
What it does.
- 01
Your links, ready
Each event type becomes a booking link with its name, lengths, location and questions. Round robin and collective types come over too.
- 02
Your hours
Your weekly hours and your days off come over with their time zone.
- 03
Every appointment
Upcoming appointments block their time, and past ones show on each customer's history, cancellations and no-shows included.
- 04
Nobody hears twice
Alori sends no email and adds no calendar event for what Calendly already sent. Your customers notice nothing.

Questions
Another question? Ask it when you start.
No. Alori sends no confirmation or reminder for what it imports, and adds nothing to your calendar.
Yes, when a Calendly admin connects. Otherwise only your own links and appointments come.
Calendly's API doesn't share buffers, minimum notice, routing forms or workflows. Your links start with Alori's settings for those, which you change in Booking.
No. Import again updates what changed in Calendly, such as a cancellation, and skips the rest.
