Integration · Move over from

Alori + Zendesk

Sign in to Zendesk and bring everything over in one go: tickets, customers, companies and your help center. Alori learns from your articles so it can answer customers.

What it does.

  1. 01

    Every ticket, in its thread

Each customer's tickets go into their one thread in Conversations, with every reply, internal note and attachment, open or closed like in Zendesk.

  2. 02

    Customers and companies

End-users become customers and organizations become companies, with their tags, notes and custom fields. Customers already in Alori stay as they are.

  3. 03

    Your help center, moved

Public articles are recreated in your Help center, with their pictures, videos, tables and links between them. Old Zendesk links lead to the new pages.

  4. 04

    Import again before you switch

Keep using Zendesk while you move: Import again brings only what changed. Undo import takes out what the import brought.

What comes over from Zendesk

  • TicketsInto AloriEmail, web, messaging, chat, SMS and call tickets, with every public reply in order. Imported messages count as read.
  • Internal notesInto AloriPrivate comments become internal notes, with who wrote them. Customers never see them.
  • CustomersInto AloriEvery end-user with an email or phone, with their tags, notes, language, company and custom fields.
  • CompaniesInto AloriOrganizations, with their domain, notes and custom fields.
  • Ticket detailsInto AloriTicket tags join the customer's tags; type, priority and ticket fields of their latest ticket become customer fields.
  • Help centerInto AloriPublic articles in English and French, by category and section. Team-only articles are learned by Alori, never shown.
