GoHighLevel Pricing in 2026: Plans, Add-ons and Real Costs

GoHighLevel pricing explained: the $97, $297 and $497 plans, what SaaS mode and white label cost, usage fees and add-ons, and what an agency really pays.

6 min read

As of October 2026, HighLevel's pricing page lists three public plans: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 a month, and a $497 a month plan that the plan cards call Founder and the rest of the page calls Pro or Agency Pro. Paid yearly, they cost $970, $2,970 and $4,970. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and users. On top of the plan, phone calls, texts, email and AI are billed by usage, and add-ons such as the AI Employee ($50 or $97 a month per client account) and the white label mobile app ($497 a month) cost extra.

Prices are in US dollars, from HighLevel's public pricing page in October 2026. HighLevel calls client accounts "sub-accounts". Every plan has a 14-day free trial; billing starts on its own when it ends unless you cancel, and usage fees can apply during the trial.

What each plan is for

  • Starter ($97) fits one business, or an agency trying the platform with up to three client accounts.
  • Unlimited ($297), the plan HighLevel marks as most popular, gives you as many client accounts as you want, and lets you pass phone and email costs on to clients at cost.
  • Founder or Pro ($497) adds SaaS mode, which turns HighLevel into software you sell under your own brand, and lets you rebill usage with your own markup.
  • Enterprise adds dedicated success and account managers, custom development and the white label mobile app.

Usage-based costs

The plan price isn't the whole bill. HighLevel's pricing page marks these as usage-based:

  • Phone calls, incoming and outgoing
  • Texts and email marketing
  • Conversation AI, Voice AI and Reviews AI

The rates are in HighLevel's separate usage pricing guides, and they depend on volume and country. On the Unlimited and Pro plans, you can rebill these costs to your clients; on Pro, with your own markup.

What an agency really pays

Here's what list prices add up to for two common setups, before usage fees and taxes.

An agency with 10 clients on Unlimited, with the AI Employee Growth plan for each client:

ItemMonthly
Unlimited plan$297
AI Employee Growth, 10 clients × $50$500
Total before usage$797

An agency reselling under its own brand with 25 clients on Pro, with the AI Employee Unlimited plan for 10 of them and the white label mobile app:

ItemMonthly
Founder (Pro) plan$497
AI Employee Unlimited, 10 clients × $97$970
White label mobile app$497
Total before usage$1,964

In SaaS mode, the agency bills its clients and keeps the difference, so what clients pay offsets these costs. The cost no pricing page shows is time: the hours your team spends building and maintaining funnels, workflows and automations for every client.

When GoHighLevel is worth it

HighLevel is a strong fit when:

  • You're a marketing agency whose main service is lead generation: funnels, landing pages, ads follow-up, and email and text campaigns.
  • You want to resell the platform as your own software, with your markup.
  • Your team likes building workflows and has the time to maintain them for every client.

Where agencies hit limits

  • It's built for marketing. Leads come in, but the client's operations (quotes, projects, support, invoices) often live in other tools.
  • Everything is built by hand. Funnels and workflows get assembled per client, and the know-how stays with whoever built them.
  • Usage bills move from month to month, which makes your own margins harder to predict.

The Alori model for agencies

Alori takes a different route. It's the all-in-one app for service businesses, and agencies use it to run their clients' businesses, not only their marketing:

  • Built from a description. Describe the client's business, and Alori builds an app with the modules they need: customers and deals, a website with a chat, booking, quotes signed online, jobs or projects, invoices, phone and texts, a help center, email campaigns and a support bot. You change it by asking.
  • One account per client. Copy your best app into a new client account, then hand it over to the client's owner.
  • Your markup on everything. You earn a percent on top of everything Alori charges your client, 20% by default, and you can set it for each client. Alori bills the client and pays your share out to your bank.
  • White label. Your name and logo replace Alori's in the client's app and in the emails it sends.
  • Unlimited users on every plan, for you and for your clients.

Alori is free to start for your agency too. Your clients pay Alori's plans plus your markup: free to start, Solo from $99 a month, Business from $249 a month, with monthly credits. See Alori for agencies and pricing.

What Alori doesn't do the way HighLevel does: complex funnel builders, and a mobile app in the app stores under your own brand. If funnels are your whole business, HighLevel is likely the better fit. For a closer comparison, see our GoHighLevel alternatives page.
